When You Join Silco
All new team members attend Silco Boot Camp to get brought up to speed on the company, our values, our services, and how we operate.
Boot Camp is conducted by our Employee Engagement team as well as our Technical & Training Director, with other members of Silco management participating in specific segments.
After boot camp concludes, the training continues with more specific technical training based on the department the employee has joined.
Who Said Work Can’t Be Fun
As part of the Silco family, employees and their families are welcome to participate in the Silco Kings Island day, Cedar Point day, golf outing, Christmas parties with Christmas bonuses, grill outs, volunteering opportunities and other events.
